Day 4 and 5 - (Prayer)

I love this quote from Samuel Chadwick on prayer. ITS SO TRUE! Im a firm believer in understanding that prayer can do anything GOD can do. Its something that we take for granted and often forget or willingly don't want to do. But thats not the case from this morning..... Satan was FLAT OUT shaking in his boots. The Devil is defeated and conquered and our Savior - Jesus Christ - is reigning in splendor, majesty and victory! Can I get an AMEN?! If that doesn't get you excited, then you need a heart check.

There is nothing more encouraging then seeing hundreds of kids gathering together to lift up the great name of God. The name that is above every other name and the one who saved us from his wrath! .... Through Jesus Christ. The God man!

I love this picture below of our kids praying together.....

We have another meeting today from 12:00-12:30 and were going to be doing some camp/home business but then were going to have some more follow up from last nights message, where we dove into 1 John 5. - Where we notice 3 very important points.

1) We notice the unending covenant.

2) The unveiled confession.

3) He knows the unveiled confession! (Unspoken Confidence) found in verse 10.

To wrap it all up nicely.... If you have Jesus then you have EVERYTHING. You might be thinking to yourself.... Yes, Tim, I was taught that in Sunday School as a little kid.... BUT.... does this really have any precedence in your life! Does this resonate as truth and do you really believe it - and not just believe it - but live in a way where this echos truth?!

This is what our speaker, Ed Newton, has been talking about all week.....

Small Little Commercial.... You can go to Ednewton.org to check him out or on twitter at @Ed_Newton

..... and something we are going to reiterating today at our meeting. Good things are going to happen. I believe it in the deepest parts of my soul. God is doing a wonderful work in our mists.

We love you guys very much and we look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow at the church at NOON sharp :)
